When for example maybe you’re feeling really good in the morning, and then in the afternoon you begin not to feel so good. Then you look around and see what’s wrong with your life, and say “I don’t feel good because of this or because of that.” Like to blame something.
That’s not it at all. You don’t feel good because your energy flow is not good. When your energy flow is good, it doesn’t matter what goes on around you, you will feel good. We always look for some reason why things are bad. But that’s not true.
The more we realize this, the more we can aim to be stable… to have a stable energy flow. So when you begin to feel anything is not good, then immediately you need to correct your energy. If you start to worry about something, if you start to be afraid about something, if you start to be angry or upset, then you must quickly change your energy.
Even if you’re good, you can still be better.
